We will give you recommendations and encourage you to look at your marketing efforts as investments (because that is what they are), but the ultimate deciding factor is what you feel you can afford.
How many ads will you run?
It depends on the budget we have to work with. The more of a budget we have to work with, the more variety of ads we can run.
Do you charge a flat fee or a percentage of the ad budget?
We charge a small flat fee for all ad accounts which covers the costs associated with any ad account regardless of the size of the budget. We then charge 10% of ad spend and have found that works best for clients because our work is dependent on how big the ad budget is. The larger the ad budget the more work it is for us to effectively deploy those dollars.
Will I still have access to my accounts?
Of course! While we can post and advertise on your behalf you will still have full access to your business accounts. You can even create your own posts in addition to what we create for you.
Do I have input on what ads you run?
Yes, you can let us know what content you would like to feature on your social media or provide us with some if you like.
Do you run ads to drive traffic to a website or for a particular coupon that is only redeemable in person?
No. While we can run ads to generate online sales or appointments we can also run ads so that people call you. We can also run ads with the desired outcome to be something that requires them to take action in person. For instance, an offer that is only valid in person. We can even have people send emails to show support for a new ballot measure.
